"Awful service by the Manager of the Pharmacy Department. If you need your medicine in a timely manner, go elsewhere. If you have more than 1 Rx being delivered, go elsewhere, because they package them separately then blame the delivery carrier for only picking up one. When you call to bring this to the manager's attention, you are told for 10 minutes you are in the wrong, then told they were at fault and get over it that it would go out later in the afternoon, doesn't matter you had already been waiting for 5 days. Worst experience speaking to a Manager I've ever encountered."
"Mike in the pharmacy is incredibly rude. Went through drive through to pick up a prescription. He had the phone supported by his shoulder but the microphone was in his beard and I could not understand anything he was saying. I kept asking him to repeat everything and then he backed away from the computer and grabbed the phone handset. He was very agitated and asked where he should hold the phone and I said, in front of your mouth. He stormed off and got someone else to help me. And he had Manager on his shirt. So rude and no customer service skills."
