"Incredibly poor response time. The lack of communication by Mrs. Breeden is beyond unprofessional. She has left us completely in the dark about matters we had already fully paid for. Mrs Breeden is unprofessional and unreliable. 1/15/24 - Mrs. Breeden proves my point by replying to my review a year later. Her response time is unnaceptable. Funny she mentions in her response she had no original documents to return, because our 2019 and 2020 original checkbooks, receipts and tax supporting docs are still in her possession to this day. I have asked inumerous times for those to be returned to no avail. It is true my husband and I were forced to change preparers. Early February 2022 we provided all of our 2021 tax data for her to file our taxes. Mrs Breeden kept telling us that she was working on it, that she was going to file tomorrow/Monday/next day... up to tax day 4/15/2022 when she went completely MIA... my husband and I were on a beach vacation freaking out! We couldn't believe the situation she put us in!! Not only she did NOT file our 2021 taxes, she did NOT file an extension for us with the IRS... she left us hanging! So yes, hiring another preparer was definitely a must. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews. I love ravving about good customer service. This experience, however, was too scary, I had to inform the public. MRS BREEDEN, PLEASE RETURN OUR DOCUMENTS THAT ARE STILL IN YOUR POSSESSION."

"ZERO STARS!!! Do not ever use her for your accounting. I have hired her for about 6 months only for my business and because things weren't filed correctly I'm still getting penalty letters from IRS till this date(Jan 2024) If it persist, I will have to hire an attorney"

"If I could give her negative starts, I would. I do not know why Ms. Breeden has been MIA and essentially..... that is the root of the problem. Lack of communication and lack of being professional. Ms. Breeden completed my father's taxes for years and it seemed she did a good job. When my father passed away, I asked her if she would complete my father's personal taxes for the year he passed away in and also the estate taxes. She said she would, so I mailed to her important tax information and documentation so she could start the process. At first, she was communicating with me, but gave me excuses why the taxes had not been completed. Next, she filed an extension for the taxes without asking me or notifying me of filing the extension. I only found out about the extension because I contacted her. I called her, emailed her, and even texted her to try and find out what was going on regarding my father's taxes.....no response. Eventually, I hired another tax professional to get my father's taxes and estate taxes completed. The tax professional and I reached out to Ms. Breeden to try and get my father's tax documentation back. The tax professional was even kind enough to go by her office and leave messages for her. We received no response at all, and I still have not received back the requested tax documentation. I appreciate the work she did for my father while he was living. If she had just communicated with me regarding any issues she was having in completing his taxes after he passed away, I would have probably understood....but that did not happen."
