"I need help with the withdrawal of my money. I called 3 times. First one, lady was no help and rude and said they’ll get it assigned to someone… called today, guy was respectful and told me no one was assigned on my approval and told me he has to talk to his supervisor… I called again because they failed to call me back and it was the same lady as the first and she sounded very annoyed I called twice and told me there’s nothing for me to do but just wait. Was very rude. I want to be informed if my money is being taken care of and not no “umm let me check” stuff."

"Had nothing but issues with this company the whole time I worked with my former employer I left in 2022. Couldn't wait to get my 401K away from them. Fast forward to now. I receive a letter from them asking me to sign that my 401K was handled as I instructed or "please provide any information you have that will help our auditors reconcile the difference." Isn't that what they do??? How can you trust a company like that?"

"I’ve read a few reviews on here and one thing that they all seem to have in common is this terrible company but also Transamerica. I’m just saying that you can’t have one without the other and if Transamerica continues to do business with them than they are just as guilty. On my 401K retirement account it has Transamerica on it, so where did Tag even come from. That issue belongs to Transamerica"

"I used to work for this company. Very, very horrible people in management and ownership. Your money is not safe with this company; everything they do is google-based (docs, spreadsheets, etc) and has little, if any, security. Management refused to hire more customer service reps & refused to pay the ones who stay what they deserve. If your company is talking about using TAG, update the resume and find a different job!"

"Piss poor management of money that doesn't belong to them. Impossible to get ahold of a person at first so it seems, but eventually when you do, they won't give you an ETA or any information whatsoever on approval for distribution only that theyre "backlogged". This is generally a last resort for most people to receive a distribution and it's their money, this company is corrupt to the core for holding these funds hostage for weeks before approving. Avoid avoid avoid if you can"
