"Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a phone conference. Was email reminders for the call, with direction the fidelity representative would call me. Unfortunately, I never received a call for my scheduled call. This is a very unprofessional and disrespectful group, such a shame."

"Made appointment with Robbie Duncan for week out. I am about an hour away. Called and confirmed appointment before arrival with whoever answered phone and she confirmed 1 pm appointment. Get there wait 10-15 min and Robbie send someone out to say that my appointment was supposed to be a phone call appointment. So the girl says she will try to answer any questions i might have. Really, cant believe i drove up for this. Also cant believe since i was there he would not meet. Wow! I have no use for them at this point."

This alone is going to cause wait times on the phone. This is 5 ⭐️ company and they have handled this crazy time wonderfully. I’ll very likely be with them the rest of my life. "I've had an account here for a while but it's been hard to talk to anyone. Their hours show they're open until 5:00pm so I went to talk to someone at 3:30pm and was not allowed to go in and was met by a virtual teller that offered to have someone call me. How nice, I'm considering closing my account and going somewhere else. I went home to call them and waited on hold for over 45 minutes, and the music that plays while on hold is static and really sucks. Not customer friendly."
