When I arrived, both the front counter rep and service technician were helpful and courteous. Tire replacement was completed promptly at the time scheduled. There were no "hard sell" tactics, but an alignment was recommended (and I decided to get one); Dunn was able to accommodate me the day of service. I've used Dunn tire in the Rochester area for many years. If you're in Syracuse, I'd recommend the Mattydale store to anyone who needs tires in the local area. If you're a military veteran, be sure to inform the counter person; it's worth a 5% discount towards your purchase."
