"Very disappointed with this grooming company. It started off great and would groom my dog every 8 weeks and all of sudden they stopped responding our messages in scheduling our dog to be groomed. We referred them to my parents dog and till this day they groom their dog and my dad even asked them why they stop responding to our messages and lied to his face saying they have never groomed our dog. If you didn’t want to groom our dog or it was out of your way at least tell us."

The spa package included a multitude of services for a flat rate, with extras at no charge if needed. My pup loves meeting new people, and she ran to meet her new friends as soon as they arrived. Their love for the animals is obvious, with the comfort and safety of the dog foremost in their minds. We discussed any possible allergies and scent preferences, and they made recommendations based on my pooch's needs. They took their time with her, and when she returned, I think she was disappointed because she did not want her spa time to end (a little like me when I get my spa days, ha ha!) M.J. looked beautiful, smelled great, and seemed really happy and relaxed (well, as relaxed as that little spaz can be!) We had a wonderful experience, and will definitely be using Proud Paws for M.J.'s grooming needs again."
