"Seems that rudeness is a problem at this CVS. Based on your reviews , management might take a hint. Failure to fill a prescription properly, and then actually giving your customer an attitude due to your incompetence. Not ok, As a person getting life effecting meds filled at your location, I have every right to be upset if the medication is improperly filled. To have been given an attitude, and made to fill like I’m causing an issue for you , because , why should your customers expect you to do your job correctly. ( AT A Pharmacy ) There are limitations on refills, but you filled a 90 supply when it’s clearly listed as only two refills , this due to changes made monthly in the dosage, based on my lab work, and you did this without even asking me if I was ok with you doing so. Not knowing if cost was going to be a factor either. And the really bad thing is I called a day prior picking up my prescription to confirm that it would be ready, since I was leaving out of town the following morning, was told it would be, and due to the errors that were made , I was made to feel like I’m the problem, and told very hatefully that I would have to wait even more time for the correction to be made. Very unprofessional. CVS do better."
