"Worst deli ever when making subs. Bread is hard as a rock. Asked for light mayo and they seem to put extra in there. Bad experience twice in a row. Subway is better than this garbage here. All other Publix delis I’ve been to are great, this one is garbage."

"Unusual bad service. We have been to the Mint Hill Publix many times and everytime you can count on great service. I will brief and to the point and say that the last experience with the on site butcher department was not good. We get a prime Rib every year. We put in an order and have them cut the meat to the weight we need to feed the family. This year they did not accept a pre order making the whole experience a bit anxious and when we did go in to buy they would not cut the meat to the size weight we needed instead providing two pieces which is now more difficult to cook. Our request was not unusual we have done it many times and in this very store. We just don’t understand what changed. We didn’t say anything we didn’t want t to cause a scene or anything but it just left us feeling like service is slipping."
"Went in Today to do my weekly shopping and the store was clean and perfectly stocked and had everything I was looking for. Great service especially as I was checking out. My cashier was a Woman named Emily and my bagger was a Man named Tyler. The service from both of them was Astonishingly great. Best service I’ve ever had at this location in years!!! They went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service. 100/10 experience."
"Publix is a normal trip but today I wanted something different to eat. I came to the deli where I was pleasantly greeted by Ari. Cameron was also very helpful! They were both amazing and very knowledgeable about the food. Fantastic customer service!"
