"This therapist was not helpful - she spent two sessions getting background information with minimal communication about methods or approaches. When I had to cancel my third appointment due to illness, she never followed up with me to schedule another visit. In general I'd say she was unprofessional and unhelpful. Edit: Mine was the first Google review of Teresa Helms, but then, within the span of two weeks, eight more reviews popped up (all of them five stars, all from non-patients, and most of them from people who were leaving a Google review for the first time). Looks like Dr. Helms asked her friends to boost her Google rating. This is further evidence of unprofessional behavior. Please note that the only person on here who was a patient (me) gave her one star."
