"Called to get a bundle home and auto quote 3 weeks ago she said she will get back to me as quickly as possible and still never got a call back, email, text or any replies, the person who took my information said they were writing down all this info so please bare with them, she was polite, but after, I felt like this was a scam. I’ve been with one company lizard for almost 20 years but decided to change to see what’s out there, now I know what I really have and to stick with it even longer. I am Very Disappointed and for not returning the call was totally unacceptable and unprofessional, this agency came recommended by a work colleague. Two thumbs down!!"
