"After being told the cost was $69for federal and $69 for state taxes on the phone I made the appointment. Waited a week spent an hour getting the prep done to be told it's going to be $311.00. I dont even know. So I said what they told me on the phone,and they said I was told wrong.they Didn't try to help,no nothing. I'd give no stars if it let me!!!!"

"We have been going to Charles Darville for years and find him competent, professional, pleasant and have not observed any problems with his computer skills, as one reviewer claimed to observe. We could get our taxes done much closer to where we live but we travel to Conway because we like Charles. He is very experienced and and we've always received a pretty nice refund."
