"Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I went in to have my taxes done and left after less than 5 minutes of talking to someone. This is after I waited for them to sit, talk, and gossip for 20 minutes. The lady asked for mine and my husband’s ID and social security cards and after we gave them to her she let her 1 year old granddaughter on her lap play with them. Then she tells me I need a piece of mail with each of our minor children’s names at our address. This is something I’ve never had to have before and of course I didn’t have on me. Her attitude after that was enough to make me get up and leave. I’ll never go back and never refer anyone to them."
