"They steady hanging up when my wife called them had the audacity to lie about there computer messing up. Very rude and unprofessional"
"It's not worth going there. They are stuck up and if I could give zero stars I would. It's best you find somewhere else to go that be patient and understanding with you. One lady thought she was going talk to me like I'm a child, oh no save that for your kids because I'm not one of them."
"The staff their are amazing considerate people that have a very nice and respectable demeanor and are very personabl individuals."
"They've been very understanding with me and willing to work with me on hard times. As long as you communicate with them and treat them respectfully they'll work with you"
"Would give a zero if possible after the phone call I just had. Just got a loan through a check in the mail. Generally don't do that, but I had just had a car break down and really needed the money at the time it came (fortunate for them) and reasoned with myself wouldn't be for long (tax season, knew I'd get enough back to cover it). It's a new loan, so I have to remember to incorporate it into my bill schedule. They called my person of reference on 1/22 at 8:40 or so in the morning. He's a night worker, and was not pleased. When I called to inform I would be paying Monday (1/27) was told I needed to call before or on my due date for extension (okay, fair enough) but as I was trying to explain that the gentleman they called was not pleased with the early morning call, lady got snippy and tried to over talk me as I was in the middle of explaining. I am not that person. I don't know who they usually deal with, but that kind of reaction to me letting them know "yeah, if you call him that early, he'll block you" was a bit too much this early in the morning. I'll pay Monday, I'll pay them OFF in February. I will not EVER use them again in the future. I will warn EVERYONE to avoid them. There are better options for loans. Again, wouldn't have done it this time, but was in a bit of a bind when their check came in the mail. At a reasonable hour (not now, as who the heck wants calls this early?!) I'll be messaging my friends who get loans to trash this check if it comes in the mail, and directing them to some of the previous companies I've dealt with."
