"Scheduled an appointment at 10 got there at 10 and someone already took my spot I had 2 people in front of me who didn’t have appointments. The lady that did my taxes had no idea what she was doing kept calling other people to help during my filing thought these guys were suppose to be pros? She also signed me up for worry free filing which was a extra 100 dollars that I never agreed to, also got denied for the refund advance for the first time in 4 years of filing think she filled something out wrong for me to get denied I’ll be doing them myself next year ."

"My mother and I went in to do taxes, we had a scheduled appointment. The lady who was supposed to be helping us refused to help because of a shirt because of I was wearing, and when my mother wanted to ask some questions she brushed us off. Also last year the same lady messed up my mother's taxes, and my mother had to do an amendment. My mother wanted to get it fixed and the lady made excuses and basically rushed us out the door and blew us off. I find this very unprofessional, she was very rude and snooty."
