Julian was extremely thorough in taking detailed notes, He and Victoria were extremely loving, caring and patient with my Pup who’s 85lbs. They also offered and followed through in taking care of my 2 kitties. Over 2 day wknd they came 4 times texting , sending me photos, communication was perfect.
