Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Heritage Village

"Left the store crying today after a rude cashier. Had a insta cart order had 2 different peoples orders. I had mostly everything organized but I had to look at my phone and grab everything out of the cart for the first order and I told her ahead of time as I put everything on the conveyor I want to double check it’s for the 1st transaction she kept sighing and rolling her eyes. She said “there is people behind you” me double checking my PAYING customers order to make sure I got everything took maybe 1 min longer. She had the worst attitude I kept on apologizing saying sorry I just need to make sure I don’t put something in the wrong order and she just rolled her eyes and sighed at me. She would not reach for my groceries either or use the converter belt I had to make sure I pushed the groceries all the way next to the scanner. She wouldn’t grab them even if they were in arms reached and less than that. Again I left crying."

"Awesome store. Very clean. Helpful staff. Only issue I have is that the deli workers are very slow and most times when I call in an order for fried chicken they say we have large orders ahead and could take hours. Or we’re short handed today or we’re closing deli early today. Not sure what it is about the Publix deli but that’s almost at every Publix I go to. We lived in south Florida before moving here and Publix was every where and always we had issues with the deli."

"This is a shout out for the manager of this store. I live out of town. I had a situation arise with a family health issue over the holidays and was unable to pick up an order at the deli at my scheduled time. He graciously acknowledged my situation and forgave me my committments. Thank you Sir! Unfortunately, I forgot to get his name. I will definitely shop at this store in Wake Forest."

"Fabulous grocery store! Everything is clean and well organized. The produce is all fresh and a wide variety is available. Their meat department is well stocked and the meat all looks great. Their prices are comparable with other places. I did find some things to be more expensive than I was used to, but by the time you take off all the store discounts and two for one offers I came out about what I’m used to. The best part was the people! Every employee I had an opportunity to interact with was helpful, polite and super friendly. I have found my grocery store."

"I'm quite fond of this store. The vegetables and fruits are exceptionally fresh, and the aisles are well-organized. It's a smart move to consider downloading their app for extra advantages. Their bakery offers a wide range of cakes, and the staff members were very friendly."
