"Called customer service number for refund on a cake that I bought that had mold on it. The day of was my uncles birthday they claim to have called me but I have yet to get a call they asked for photos but I was so upset I threw the entire thing away because they ruined our birthday for my 80 year old uncle. 1800 number was not helpful either won’t be back to this Harris teeter."

"Been coming to this location for 5 years. It feels like it just keeps getting more and more expensive while the quality is going downhill. A lot of items I can get much cheaper off of Amazon now. I've had bad experiences with their pre-packaged salads. Often they'll be brown or moldy when I open them even though they're before the sell-by date."

"Visited during a heavy downpour so the store was almost empty for a Sunday afternoon. There were great seasonal offerings of fall decor, sunflowers, and seasonal flavored food items. The deli makes a great sub sandwich, and the produce was fresh and beautifully displayed. All of the store staff were friendly and had a smile to share. Would shop here anytime, 5 out of 5."

"My fiance and I ordered subs from the deli counter at least once a week from this location. This last time 4/30/2021 was completely different. We scheduled to pick them up at 6:30pm, making our order at 4pm. My fiance arrives to pick them up and to his surprise they were already done. Fast forward to him getting home, we open them and they are soggy, no cheese, not toasted. Nothing was right. We call the manager and he makes it right, mind you I'm 8 months pregnant and sub sandwiches are tricky as I have to eat them hot or risk myself and unborn baby. Anyway, the manager offers a full refund and brand new subs. So, we load up in the car and drive down to this location. This time, the chicken used was stringy and not grilled chicken breast at all, my sub was completely hard, cheese burnt to the stiff bread and nothing was right again. The kids behind the counter went to hand my fiance his sub and drops it on the floor. Worst experience and we won't be coming back to this location. We are extremely disappointed that they couldn't get it right even with a second try. Thank you though to whichever manager refunded us.
