"We love Petcare by Caroline! They're relatively affordable compared to other boarding options we've looked into and our dog, Scarlet, seems to love them (even though she's usually anxious when we're gone). Caroline texts pictures of your dog with little updates which we always appreciate. We also like that they have long hours and are flexible with pickup and drop off times. No bells and whistles that some of the fancy/trendy boarding facilities have, but we think the dogs are happier in a regular house and backyard anyway :)"

We meet before my dog’s boarding appointment for a meet-and-greet where we talked about my dog and his behavior and I got to see where he would be playing with his new doggo friends! "I boarded my 1 yr old German shepherd (Rifle) with Caroline for 5 nights over the 4th of July weekend. This was Rifle's first time ever being away from us so we were super nervous. I reached out to see if we could do a meet and greet beforehand. As soon as Rifle met Ashley (one of the girls that helps Caroline) he loved her. He explored the home and the fenced in backyard and he immediately loved it. Keep in mind its ALL DAY play. They do not crate the dogs other than meal time and bed time unless specifically requested by the pets owner. After dropping off Rifle about an hour later, Caroline was already sending us pictures and updates. She would send pictures and videos daily over the course of his 5 night stay which is 100% what I wanted because I needed that constant reminder that he was having fun and being well taken care of. I'm SOOO glad I found PCBC, my husband and I will definitely be taking more trips because we know Rifle will always be taken care of with Caroline and her team. 10/10 recommend."
