"Have to agree with Amy on the previous review. Other than 1 or 2 LPNs/CNAs that care, can’t say the same about the rest of the staff."

"The absolute worst place to work. The (previous) administrator and the current DON do not care about the staff, nor do they actually care about the residents there. It's all about looking good on the outside and numbers to them. If you work there and you have a medical emergency, they'll fire you, and then they won't let you return to visit the residents that became like family."

"This is my mom’s second stay at Macon Valley for rehab. Some of the staff remembered her from her previous visit two years ago, which helped her feel right at home. The staff are great and go above and beyond to make sure patients are happy and cared for. Mom enjoys the activities and has been very happy with the food."

As many facilities are in need of more nursing staff so are they but this Facility is making improvements and good changes with leadership.
