"I used to enjoyed buy at this Target but now the staff change a lot and the people is very rude. They don't like help the customer. Is very Sad. I never go back to this store."

"I use to be a true advocate for target. I use to enjoy walking down there clean stores and there customer service. This last trip to my super Target has me very upset. I brought two telephone cords that I thought was identical. I took them home and relized that I only need one. So I took two items back no problem with the first item scanned perfectly. The telephone cord on the other hand was not scanning. The woman behand the counter ask " Sir, are you sure that you did not get this item from another store?" I told the woman no, I brought both items here. She then say's to me " well Sir, if the item doesn't ring up then we do not sell it". I tried pointing it out to rude lady that I purchased two of the item. I asked here does she want to go to the aisle and pick up another. " She said I don't care you can if you like". Fuming I went and got a identical item from the rack. She rung it up and it didn't scan properly. I told her the cashier scanned one and just hit 2. She argued with me more telling me that I did not buy it from there. She then called a manager and he authorized the refund of my money. I will never shop at any Target ever."
