"I have been a customer of Lane Bryant for years, however after the interaction today I am not sure I wish to continue shopping there. The woman at the counter seemed annoyed by my questions. I purchased a bra in the summer which fit great and I really liked. This past week the under wire cracked in half. If you shop at LB, you know their bras are not cheap. I paid around $70 for this bra so the fact it only lasted a few months is frustrating. In the past I have purchased bras from Victoria's secret and they would allow you to exchange bras and pay a difference if they were any issues. This woman said it had to be within 45 days of purchase. So essentially only guaranteeing their overpriced clothing and undergarments to last for a month and a half. I asked if there were any other options. She said you can shop today and buy a new one. So I could $70 again for a product that is only guaranteed to last me about a month. No thank you. For all the money I have spent here you would think they would have a better policy. Or start making better quality products."

"Great customer service. I remember the first time I went in this store. I was shopping for some under garments and Lauren was great at helping me find what I needed. I recently went back to the store because I needed some more bras and finally got fitted after many years of wearing the wrong bra size. Jennifer did a great job at helping me and recommended the proper bra and color for my skin tone. The location is perfect and I don’t have to go inside the mall. The prices for undergarments are very reasonable."

"Excellent service from all the employees. No i wasnt paid to say this. Those ladies didnt act fake and phoney. Hellos and help throughout the visit. They all gave 100% service with genuine care. How cute are the tags in the fitting room for customers trying on outfits."

"Excellent customer service. My daughter was looking for a dress and really struggling. The staff was so super helpful and made her feel important. Lots of options to chose from and the variety was excellent. The staff stayed well past closing to make sure she had everything she needed and never once rushed us out even though it was 45 minutes past closing when we left. We will be back. No question."
