"I was in town visiting family when I decided to browse the shops at the Oculus when I stumbled on this gem of a store! Sharina and the team welcomed me and encouraged me to try on all the styles!!! I had no intention of getting anything but walked out with the cutest pair of trendy loafers which are perfect for where I live!! "I recently started back my commute into the city and I need to find a pair of shoes that were comfortable, flexible and formed to my feet! Most shoes of the shoes I tried from elsewhere were hard and painful! I walked in and the team here were able to help me narrow down my options and we landed on the Paola Moccasins!! These are the most perfect shoes the craftsmanship is impeccable and they’re exactly what I wanted and will be buying them again in multiple colors! I also cannot express how patient the team at this location were with me, they all took the time to walk me through all the flat options and had me try multiple options until we landed on the perfect fit!"
"Horrible quality shoes and horrible customer service. I bought a pair of shoes and the first time I wore them, they broke. I brought them in and the sales woman acknowledged that this was the shoes fault and said I needed to email the management. I emailed them and they refused to fix the issue because I had wore the shoes outside but the ONLY way I found out they were defective was by wearing them. I wore them for less than 20 mins before the soles came apart. The shoes were almost $300. Such a rip off."
