"I cannot recommend ARBOR enough. Our first pregnancy was high risk and accompanied by extra ultrasounds, referral out to MFM, monitoring, and a hospital stay, and it resulted in an emergency c-section five weeks early followed by an emergency D&C weeks later. Throughout the entire process, we felt so supported both medically and personally. The doctors take extra time and care to explain to you what is happening, share risks and various approaches, and offer support to your family. I’m honestly excited to get pregnant again and be supported by this practice. The nurses and front desk staff can occasionally be short when it comes to scheduling/calling in for questions, but as far as the OBs and NPs go, I honestly think you won’t find better care in the Raleigh area. Highly recommend!"

"I've been going here since 2010 or 2011 and I absolutely love Dr. Alvarez, who is my main provider. I've had two babies with them and my first was delivered by the office they partner with, Wilkerson. Last year, I had my second baby 7 weeks early due to my water breaking and stayed in the hospital for a week. My parents were so impressed with Dr. Gray who was there when I was first admitted. She explained the process of taking care of my baby and I very thoroughly. We all felt at ease with such a difficult situation. All of the Drs who saw me made sure I was well taken care of. Dr. Beatty delivered my sweet baby girl and she was phenomenal. Very mild mannered and sweet. She was also very thorough with my care after delivery which significantly decreased my chances of preventable complications. I am so appreciative of her and all of the Drs, NPs and staff. My baby is a preemie but you honestly wouldn't know it unless I told you. Thank you all sooo much!!!"

"Arbor is the best! I see them for annual exams and I received all of my prenatal care there. They also delivered my baby. I’ve seen all of the providers and every one of them are wonderful. Definitely recommend, especially if you are expecting."

"Absolutely the rudest and unprofessional lab/phlebotomy tech I have ever had contact with. The way she spoke to me is one thing but who I feel the most embarrased for is how bad she made the company (Arbor OGyN) and all the amazing Doctors and nurses look. Her behavior was unprofessional and reprehensible. I can only imagine had I been a mother in there who just lost a baby. Or struggling with fertility issues or suffering from cancer. Arbor may want to retink this tech who is coming in contact with some of the most sensitive patients. This tech not only lacked empathy but her behavior was out right sick! Honesty the only person she truly made look bad was herself. Everyone else from check in to check out was absolutely professional, kind, and welcoming. They are the only reason I will return. UPDATE TO POST Thank you Arbor OB and the clinical manager for responding to this review with kindness and compassion. Like I mentioned in my initial review the Arbor staff was all around amazing!! This particular tech does not work for Arbor but rather LabCorp. I am going to leave the review up so that LabCorp is able to see how their employee represents them and their client's businesses. This experience was of no fault of Arbor but unfortunately this tech is not only the face for LabCorp but also of Arbor OBGYN. Her behavior, lack of professionalism and compassion for the patient not only negatively impacts the patient but also Labcorp and every employee at Arbor. This represents a very selfish and not a classy individual. That is no fault of Arbor OBGYN and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you again Arbor for rising up and making my experience a pleasurable one."

"We have had a great experience here. All the doctors, nurses and admin were great leading up to delivery. We just had our baby 6 weeks early at REX and Dr. Gray delivered her, she was so amazing and supportive. Thank you Dr. Gray!"
