"Last fall I bought a pair of Loeffler Randall's Blakley Boots ($395) and when the zipper broke after ONE season of wear - they told me they couldn't offer me anything (like a repair from a cobbler, etc.). I'd never expect this gesture for any old shoe, but when you're paying an arm and a leg, this kind of thoughtfulness is expected. It also makes for a repeat, longtime customer who can believe in a brand and their products. Unfortunately they have lost a customer due to this response."
"Very unhappy with Loeffler Randall customer service. I ordered a pair of boots that were final sale (a loyal customer, i knew my size), and when they arrived, they were a fill half size bigger than the normal way Loeffler Randall boots normally fit me. Customer Service refused to honor my request for a refund or credit, given that the shoes were not what they said they were. Will never buy Loeffler Randall products again."
"After anxiously waiting for this with my wedding a few days away, it finally came in today and I’ve received a used and dirty headband. Shipping took forever, as well. After my online purchase, they took 5 whole days to ship out. I’ve emailed customer service and my emails keep getting kicked back. This is unacceptable."

"Kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient staff! I found this brand online and immediately loved the way the pleated heels looked, and wanted to try on sizes and see them for myself. The staff here both helped me try on the styles I was looking for to get a sense of fit and heel height, and let me see a sample bow from colours that they didn’t have in stock. They helped answer questions regarding fit, styles that the brand doesn’t currently carry, and how to think about matching the shoes for an occasion or outfit. Overall had a great experience at this location!"
