"Cashiers were SLOW. Someone even asked one of them if she was asleep because of how slow she was. Only two registers open with line wrapping around the front. Manager just walking and laughing instead of opening a third register. I bagged my own items to make checkout faster. Got in line at 3:08, didn’t check out till 3:53. That mess is for the birds."
"This particular Burlington looks pitiful. It looks empty like it's going out of business any moment now. Yet it always looks that way. I've visited a few others whom have full stock and are nice and orderly. I like Burlington stores. I hope things improve."
"This location is poorly ran. As a business owner myself, I will give my honest feedback in hopes that management can hire better staff and a team that is concerned enough to uphold better integrity for the Burlington name and business ethics. First, went there two days in a row, trash was scattered all over the place outside. The trash cans had been over-filled and just overthrown. I understand may not be their fault. The following day, same problem. A lady there addressed the issue. I wasn't sure how that was handled. I picked a few items, when I got to the register, I noticed something had been scanned twice. I asked about it, and the gentleman assisting me by the name of Charles told me that it didn't have a price on it therefore he scanned the price of another similar item. Not only did he not asked me if I knew what the price may have been of this particular item that I picked up, he also didn't bother to check or ask for my consent if this was okay. When I then told him that the item was 10, and it was not the only item there, he said that just because it was there doesn't mean that's the price. I felt he impatiently tried to convince me to accept a price that I knew was not correct because he was too lazy to check or ask for assistance. So when I asked for a supervisor, he rolled his eyes. Asked for his supervisor. She comes over, I doubt she was a supervisor but may have been given shift lead for the night because her attitude was just as negative as his. She comes over with a very negative body language saying "What's the problem?" Shoulders tucked high, head rolling. He tells her that one of the slides I picked didn't have a price on it so he scanned one close to it, she agrees with him, not only does she not address me, the customer to find out what my complaint is. I then explain to her, it was without my consent. He should have simply told me this does not have a price tag, I'd have to check, and follow store standards not just automatically assume I'm going to pay 20 for something that's 10! Especially since I'm the one paying for the item, it's best to check with me. I then told her I could walk her to the item and show her where the others were and she rudely said, "You ain't got to show me!" She came back as unpleasant as he was, with the exact same pair of slides that had a price tag. And it was even 2 dollars less than I said. Not only did she not apologize either, but both of them had a very disturbing attitude to be in customer service front line. As I expressed to the cashier, you're dealing with customers. You may have unhappy customers at any given moment, you don't get to match their attitude. If that's what you do then this is not the job for you. I wasn't rude to him. I didn't yell nor was I nasty or disrespectful so I certainly didn't deserve to be disrespected with the eye rolling just for questioning or needing something to be corrected. I received poor customer service and I believe the staff needs to be better trained. In the past I've come, they don't greet, they're on the phones talking about who got fired or who quit. But hey! It's just awful. I will not visit this location again. From a business standpoint, I am displeased."
"No sanitizing product available at cart area. Overall store cleanliness was satisfactory including bathroom. Merchandise display was neat and selection met my needs. Absolutely no floor assistance. One checkout open and process was prolonged with barcode scanning issues. Cashier pleasant but obviously frustrated. I will return to this location if in the area."
"This should not be the line on a Monday only one register was opened and the store was about to close soon.. also the time online and on the door has not been updated they close way earlier then what is posted.. the dressing rooms was nasty had clothes thrown everywhere.. I’m just upset I had to leave my cart full off stuff because the line wasn’t moving at all for 15 mins I was over it at that point."
