"I walked in and the girl at the counter looked like she was only working there because she had to. She looked at me but with no smile, and no greeting. I browsed the clothing and there was an employee who complained for a solid 15 minutes to another customer about how the other employees talk about her, how shes the only one who does any work, and how upper management has threatened to fire everyone because of their lack of work ethic. Not something i want to hear about while shopping. The store was clean and organized but I will shop Holston location first if I need anything."

"This is nothing like the other location. It is clean and items are updated. The associates are friendly. Some things are priced reasonable and some are overpriced. Just get the bargains and leave the rest. I do think they should give a discount to the parents of the current enlisted because we sacrifice everyday not being able to have our sons or daughters at home. And most of the time when our sons or daughters are deployed we do not get to talk them for months. Also for those that do not know my son has not been able to be home for 1 Christmas or Thanksgiving since enlisting. So for the discount it may not be much and it is does not need to be a everyday discount but your a Veterans association have a parents day discount."
