"It was 6:47pm at night. They close at 7. As we're walking towards the door, 3 employees standing around leaning on the front counter by the door doing absolutely nothing are staring at us and one guy sighs and knocks his head back in disbelief that we would have the audacity to come in. As we walk in, we're not greeted, they just keep staring and one woman says "we close at 7" in a unfriendly tone. Like yeah lady lol sorry you still gotta work for 15 more mins that sucks I guess. Didnt ask us if we needed help or anything to maybe get us out of the store faster if that was their goal. Decided not to purchase anything from them. Rude as heck."

"At shoe Dept they have a good selection of all kind of shoes and boots, sometimes discounted at a great price. The staff is very kind and helpful. I bought there a pair of boots of good quality and I think I saved around 30 bucks with respect to their average market price. The interior design of the shop itself is poor, but who cares, it's a shoe shop. I'd recommend you to visit Shoe Dept if you're looking for shoes and are around the eastview mall."
