"Awful nurse named Dana. Dr. Yang has a good bedside manner and seems like a good doctor. But being a busy obstetrician she has turned over a lot of patient care to her nurse Dana. Dana is a disaster. I tried for 25 days to get a prescription refilled with multiple calls and voicemails. Dana, who took Dr. Yang‘s calls and voicemails, claimed the voicemails were not received. Later Dana claimed she spoke to me on the phone about the prescription. She’s either a lier or completely crazy. Later Dr. Yang took a pelvic and sent tissue to the lab. I was told to contact Dana for my pathology report. Good luck, right? The office manager, Pam, finally stepped in and kindly delivered the report to me. And, yes, staff checked to make sure Dr. Yang’s voicemail was working. It was. This was so unnecessarily stressful. Found a new gyn with a good nurse! Yay!"
