"The most horrible.experience I have ever had with an insurance agent. The agent, Nicola, was rude, dismissive and flat out lied in her attempts to get me to make a statement regarding the incident in which I was the victim of hit and run by a Integon insured driver. Their driver was charged but 10 days later my car still has not been repaired and she has been of no help at all. They can't seem to locate the driver but he is on Facebook posting??? Horrible company with liars and connivers on the phone. Beware They will lie and decieve. I asked her supervisor to assign me to someone else and she refused. Beware of this company."
