"I decided to give this service a try based on the previous reviews. The young lady who greeted me was very nice, and the office looked professional, but that's about it. I was told that because of Covid, everything was going to be done remotely, with me sending a copy of my tax info and them getting back.to me later. I wanted an understandable timeline since I was told my forms would be seen "later" and there were people waiting to be processed in front of me. Cool. However, "later" was further defined as maybe tomorrow, maybe next month. I also asked about the price of the service, which couldn't be given, even a ballpark figure, until my paperwork was attended to, whenever that may be. So, I was supposed to just send in my tax information to a party I haven't even had a dialogue with really, and just wait a variable amount of time for an answer? No. That's a poor business plan for new customers to me. I literally had my tax forms on me, and if I could have gotten a solid answer on ANYTHING, I could be more amenable to work with them. I'm sure they have repeat customers, but not many new ones if this is the template."
