"I called a tax preparation company in Fayetteville, North Carolina and spoke to someone named Ashley who claimed to be the owner. I told her about my income and explained everything over the phone. Ashley told me that she could help me save time by not going to their office. However, when I went there, she was unable to assist me. It felt like a waste of time. I am disappointed with their service. This was my first time using a tax preparer in Fayetteville and it did not go well. I would rather go back to my trusted tax preparer in Detroit, Michigan who knows what they're doing."

"If I could give him 0 stars I would. March/ April, he was given mine and my wife's tax papers. We are now in October. And since then he has not done anything, won't answer calls, is never at the office, doesn't respond to text messages, found him on Facebook, made an appointment for us to come over and get it done, then the day of, he calls to reschedule, day of rescheduled appointment, he never showed up, never returned my calls etc.... Now I have to go to the IRS office to see what we're able to do since he has all our tax forms and receipts etc and no way of getting it back from him.... This whole scenario is extremely unprofessional! And can ruin people's lives which in currently trying to fix in order for that not to happen."
