Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

"Nice and well maintained place excluding their restroom. The attempt at assisting clients with a portable system is clever but limited on what it can accomplished. During the weekend when I thought it is more busy (it is), is when they decide to have the minimum manning to support clients where long lines become the norm and you can spend close to 15-20 minutes waiting to be served (drive through and interior services). Looks do not always mean great service."

"Id give it zero stars if it allowed me to. Went into the bank trying to get something resolved, spent almost an hour waiting only to end up having to come back in 2 days later because i wasnt notified that i would be charged to resolved the problem. The waiting time is ridiculous, the customer service is horrible and the resolution apparently comes with more problems that need resolving. Take your chances with a different bank. Dont come here."

This branch need to get better organized or simply close. At this point it adds no values, other than location."
