"Yes I've been in there plenty of times I've gone there for a cup of coffee and I'm going there for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly lightly toasted and they prepared the way that I like yes the service they're busy most of the time on Saturdays kind of good to probably go around 8:00 it's not so busy but through Monday all the way through Friday it's pretty busy in there so it's kind of hard to you got to always take something"

"Rude kitchen staff. Especially with custom orders, they become rude if you’re ordering outside of the menu. Prices aren’t fixed; some days, you’re paying a dollar more for the same order. Be wary of these specific cooks, the older gentleman and the one with the snapback. They don’t enjoy customers. And if the order is made wrong, don’t expect a refund (you might as well put a no refund sign on the front door)"
