"On 02/11/2024, I unfortunately hit a pot hole on W. Henrietta Rd (Acura Dealership) and pulled in to the Porsche dealership to check the damage. It was near closing and I spoke to a gentleman inside to make them aware of my misfortune. The man I spoke to extended a genuine courtesy that was very appreciated by my wife and I. The man happens to be the Porsche Manager (went above and beyond to assist). I presently drive a BMW and have always considered a Porsche. The vehicle is important but this Manager is also the reason I will buy."
