"Never have I ever had SO much trouble with a bank. Ever. The service for a year, has been awful. In the bank, over the phone, and everything. Do not use this bank. Do not use their credit services. Do not trust these people. They take fees, say they can not waive anything. Paid off a full balance to close an account, and they continue to send me interest charges. 3 months AFTER I paid a full. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. THEY ALL ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEU ARE DOING."

"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. One live person teller lane and a long line of cars at a “non busy” time of day. Then, when you finally get up to teller, you sit there for 5 minutes staring at a blank video screen. Thank God this is a bank I’m forced to use by my company to drop off deposits and not my personal bank."

Everyone seems to be in such a hurry these days so it was just so nice to not be rushed whatsoever and walked through any questions that I had. Thank you guys for that! "Only 2 bank tellers on duty on Friday at their busiest time, when customers were getting off work & cashing/depositing their paychecks. The customer line was out the door, which included elderly people with walking devices; trying to withstand being on their feet. Where is the respect, compassion & professionalism of having all stations covered on their busiest time of every week? I was waiting in the lobby on my sister, while she was waiting in the pathetic long line, observing bank employees walking around or just sitting at their empty desks totally disregarding to make any efforts in helping the bank tellers to assist customers standing in line out to the front door! That made me decide against using this bank or recommending it to anyone. Plus, they have NO drive through service."

"This bank utterly just combined with some of the worst rated banks out there and closed a large number of their locations. I had the misfortune of having to open an estate account with this bank. When the checks never arrived, I tried calling them. Out of 9 attempts during hours which they were open, their automated system hung up on me almost every time, so when I had lost or stolen checks to report they proved to be utterly unreachable. Furthermore, their minimum balances are absurd, and each and every encounter I have had with them has been unpleasant. The employees are nice, they have to be as this bank is otherwise awful."
