Reviews
"They are constantly out of food, or the food is old. I’ve been here 3 times in two weeks, or tried to, and hasn’t had rice. I’ve ordered food from here and has been delivered missing ingredients. Not replaced just missing. The tables are always filthy. There’s no napkins or forks. The staff is nice enough."
"I recently visited the Chipotle location on Empire Boulevard and unfortunately had a rather unsatisfactory experience that I feel compelled to share. Despite paying extra for chicken, the serving size was surprisingly skimpy, and to make matters worse, the sauces were mixed up, further detracting from the overall quality of my meal. What was even more disheartening was the suspicion that not tipping might lead to intentional order mix-ups, as my entire order seemed to have been mishandled. Upon expressing my concerns through a review, as expected, I received a link from Chipotle encouraging me to contact them. Falling into what seems like a common pattern, they offered a one-time $10 gift card as a gesture of goodwill. However, it appears this may be a deceptive tactic. Accepting the gift card could lead to unforeseen consequences, as they might subsequently block you from placing online orders at any Chipotle location. After attempting to use the gift card, I found that entering my name in the order process would automatically result in a message stating "order not processed," suggesting a potential restriction from placing orders altogether. I feel it's important to share this experience with others to make an informed decision when dealing with such situations. While the initial offer of a gift card may seem like a resolution, the potential consequences should be considered carefully, as it may limit your future interactions with Chipotle."
"Usually they are consistent but my last order was missing fajita veggies very little steak I asked for extra rice and got a rice burrito. When I say very little steak I mean very little I got two bites in before I got steak then when got through little over half it was all rice. First bad experience I think it's better next time I go in and order so I can see what I am getting. Ordering on line is risky."
"The service I experienced today was just completely unprofessional, work station was a complete mess. Staff was very rude. After having to bring my food back once due to a big long red hair in it. I noticed the queso they had now looked nothing how queso normally looks so I asked if the queso was fresh because of the orangish tint and the chunky consistency that it had did not look good I was told by an employee that it looks like this because “we dumped the new queso into the old queso, it still taste the same.” Lettuce doesn’t look fresh at all. The pans the food was in looked like they never get changed. 7:00 at night hoping to get dinner and then having to deal with this I was completely unsatisfied. Will not be eating this and will not be returning to this location!"
"Very rude employees, watched one of them take someone else’s food tip It upside down then drop it into a bag. Got home and sure enough our food was all over the place. The employees ignored customers and gave attitude when they did talk to you. Also forgot some of our food and had to go back. They acted like it was a bother THEY forgot our food."
