"I very much had no desire to celebrate Christmas this late into the spring, however being in the taco bell sparked joy childish glee in my Gordita heart. Despite there being no nacho fries, the coldness from the outdoors brrrr was non existenctant once in the dining with 7 of my best friends. " why the Xmas songs my good man?" I pondered "why it keeps our spirits bright all year hope you enjoy your value menu nachos" which I did of course I don't get out of the house much but when I golly it's gotta be the taco bell on hard rd"

"Very slow service at this location. If you are in a rush, you’d be better off going to a sit down Mexican restaurant, even if ordering ahead on the application. Otherwise, everything is consistent with other Taco Bell locations. The food is as it should be. Hospitality Syracuse, thank you for your reply. I see from previous reviews that you have been promising to do better, and failed, for at least a year. My post is the result of every visit I’ve had since moving here 6 years ago. I only get fast food when I am hungry and have no time, so it really sucks to come here. From the reviews I see, It appears that your service is excruciatingly slow (and well beyond acceptable for fast food), your employees are inattentive to customers when ordering in the dining area, and there is a lack of consistency in properly fulfilling customer orders. Do with that information what you will, but the point of my review is to keep other diners from mind-numbing frustration when either stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes (you can’t exit the line as it is blocked in on the passenger side, so you are literally stuck) or waiting for the same period of time in the dining area while being ignored by staff (from my experience and many of these reviews). I would encourage hungry customers to check out Moe’s, Chipotle, Bill Gray’s, Five Guys, McDonald’s, or Wendy’s; all of which are fast-food, or short order options, right in the same area and capable of filling an order at a faster rate than your Taco Bell (from my experience). If people just want Mexican, Monte Alban, Caronas, and Maria’s, are all dine-in Mexican restaurants nearby and get food out at a similar or quicker rate than your Taco Bell (from my experience). For more authentic tacos, Old Pueblo Grill is a bit of a hike, but if you order ahead, it will probably be comparable to doing the same at this Taco Bell (from my experience). I do like Taco Bell for a fast food option, this location is just that bad."

"Slowest employees on the planet honestly. Not short staffed at all. Heavily avoid this place if your looking for something quick for lunch, even if you only order 2 items it'll still take you 25+ minutes of waiting. Most of the time half of your items are forgetten other times you'll Just receive the thinnest, as little toppings as possible and sloppily put together burritos that explode and get everywhere the second you open the paper it's wrapped in. Gave this location more than enough chances. I won't be going back but good luck to those who do."

"I only ever voice my opinion, if it's negative, when there are situations of extreme disregard and just plain poor attentiveness. I entered this location at 1pm on a Friday, ordered after waiting 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter, and then waited another 25 minutes for my food to come at a fast food restaurant. I ordered $42 worth of food for myself and my 2 employees. After waiting 25 minutes for the food, we were missing a Mexican Pizza as well as the new Chicken Enchilada Burrito. So, back to the counter I went, waited another 5 minutes to tell the clerk that I'm missing food and they put it back into the system to get made which means, BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE my order goes which is absolutely absurd. If you order something and end up missing parts of the order, your missing parts should be made immediately. Mine were not. We waited another 10 minutes and eventually just got a refund a left. I have never seen a kitchen staff work so slowly in a fast food restaurant. This location was not short staffed at all. All of our food was cold and prepared with 0 care or attention. Most of it ended up in the garbage where it belongs. The girl at the counter was fantastic and nice and totally apologized for everything. I will not be returning to this location that, 3 years ago, I gave a glowing 5 star review. I emailed the email address below 4 days ago already finding it in another review and have not received any sort of response."

"Horrible service even with some being polite they move too slow no consideration people working as if they don't care about customers. More than 5 employees but food takes more than 25 minutes to be made. More concerned with drive through orders while people inside wait ridiculous amounts of time. 25 plus minutes for broken tacos and I never got my volcano burrito with steak"
