"Could only order through slice app!? And pizza came all veggies and meats on whole pizza. We ordered 1/2 veg 1/2 meat. Wish I had pic of the burnt bottom. Inedible. Guy said he couldn't make a new one even after we offered to pick it up. Told us to call some other guy who offered a refund, which I never got (this was 12/22/23) I ordered from Marks Pizzeria and paid another $40 for the same pizza. I will never again order another $65 pizza from you guys. Awful customer service and shame on you for 1 pizza costing that much $ !!!!!!"
"Have been very pleased with the pizza's we have gotten at Joe's. It was our go to until last night! We were unable to order online so we called and ordered the pizza. The gentleman working last night was rude to my husband and when I picked up was rude to me. I got the pizza home and when we opened it up there were no toppings in the center of the pizza. All the toppings were thrown around the outside. We ordered the same pizza last time and it was delicious. When we were there previously everyone was very nice ."
"It's obvious that they're trying to cut cost. There was not enough cheese to cover my pizza. The buffalo wing sauce taste like olive oil with some red pepper in it. This is the first time I actually don't care to take a second bite of pizza in my life. It's really too bad."
"As a Long Islander who moved up to Rochester a year ago, I’ve been on the hunt for real NYC pizza. And I finally found it!! If you’re looking for authentic NY pizza look no further!"
"Very good pizza. But, WAY too expensive. It cost $33 for an XL pepperoni pizza and they don't give enough pepperoni (see pic half the pizza covered decently, but the other half skimped). If you don't mind spending around $10 more for pizza and then feeling like you should get more for that money, try this place. Otherwise, give Pizza Stop a shot - same quality, but around $10 cheaper. Note to owners - consider adding more toppings so the whole pizza is covered (see right side vs. left side in pic). At least then, if people are spending the extra money here, there would be no complaints about the pizza. Again, no knocks on taste just on price/toppings."
