"When I first arrived in 2019, it was great, there was no problems however they kept changing their staff and it just went downhill. There was not as much events and amenities were removed. They weren't very strong about security measures around the property, the gate was always broken but they defintely gave importance to the garbage container. They installed multiple cameras around it and went around searching for people's names on package stickers. I finally left in 2023 when I noticed they were increasing the rent by $500 every time I renewed with them."

"I’ve toured several apartment communities and Ty was a breath of fresh air! He greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was the only person who shook my hand out of the four apartment communities I toured today. Ty alone is a reason I would want to move into Waterford. His business acumen and genuine personality, truly made the tour an enjoyable experience. I’m a firm believer Leasing Professionals are the face of a company and Ty did not disappoint! The community itself has a lot to offer as far as their amenities (multiple, monthly resident events, movie theatre, grilling area, fire pit, corn hole boards, pool to name a few) and are also in the process of constructing a building with three bedroom apartment homes. (They currently only have one and two bedroom apts.) I also like they have the Amazon lockers for packages and working doorbells for each apartment."

"Waterford Apartments is very nice place to live and here's why: The apartment layout is fantastic, and though they are not brand new, they do an excellent job at maintaining them. The rooms are spacious, appliances are updated, staff is very friendly, professional, and so accommodating! It is really quiet here, and you feel safe, and are close to major highways, if you are working out of the home. The grounds are beautiful, including the pool, the locked Amazon lockers, and the fitness room was updated recently! Your neighbors are so very kind, friendly, and always willing to help! The other excellent thing too, is, if you are a pet owner, then you are all set, as you can have a dog or cat! I have a cat, but I am not sure the rules for how many dogs, but they are accommodating for sure! Make sure you check them out before going elsewhere, as you won't be disappointed! Living at Waterford Apartments is an excellent experience, as everyone is friendly, and makes you feel welcome and at home. It is a quiet community, and a family community. There are many amenities, including the updated gym, outdoor pool, clubhouse, many activities, (like food trucks, bingo, pet-of-the-month give-a-ways, and more, (also locked mailroom and Amazon hub), beautiful grounds with a recently updated, large pet park, beautiful playground, safe walking area, and good amount of parking."

"My husband and I moved here with a months notice. We lived on the other side of the country at the time and couldn't come view any apartments in person. When looking for an apartment without viewing it, you have to rely heavily on photos and reviews. Although this place didn't have the highest or most reviews, we really felt that, with the reviews we read, this would be a great place. When we got here after our road trip, we were running late and wouldn't make it to the office in time, but Amber in the office stayed late for us to get there and get our keys. She was is amazing. Living here is great. Yeah, sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but what apartments can't you hear the neighbors? Maintenance crew are amazing. You put in a request and normally they are there by the end of the day and fix the problem or give you a solution until you can fix it. All the people in the community are so kind. I am happy we got to live here."
