"The staff are leaving the leasing office 30mins-1hour before it actually closes this was not the first time it’s happened I contacted corporate regarding this because at times there are emergency when I need to speak with staff but they are already gone when I get off work I went to the office @ 5:00pm to inquire about my AC UNIT because my AC wasn’t working. They left the office at 5pm instead of 5:30pm when the office actually closed. The maintenance man said they aren’t supposed to leave early at all. I miss Nicole I hate that she left when Nicole was here I never had any problems she was a great staff member. I pay my rent on time don’t bother anybody. My car has got broken into 2x for luxury apartments why aren’t there any cameras. Cheap amenities.. isn’t worth the price I’m paying but I signed a 15 month lease.. smh."

"My wife and I visited Stone Gate and were very impressed with the size of the apartment. The Pool was being resurfaced and I am sure it will look fantastic when it is done. I want to mention Ant who showed us the apartment. He is truly a wonderful young man and has incredible customer service skills. We are still looking at other places but this place is nice. The Gym is amazing."

"If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would. Staff is extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating. The pool stays unusable, the car wash station has been out of service since we moved in almost two years ago, I have stepped in dog poop when walking in common areas on numerous occasions, the gates are broken 10 out of 12 months a year. The price you are paying for these “luxury apartments” is not worth the amenities or lack there of that are promised. Packages are constantly getting stolen from doorsteps, kids in the complex are ding dong ditching people. Any maintenance needed is a patch job at most. Don’t bother taking your concerns to the leasing office because they will just get swept under the rug. It’s just excuse on top of excuse with them. The icing on the cake being we still have not received our security deposit after moving out that Stonegate staff “claims” they sent out over a month ago. Only to find out after calling the office that we are being charged for damages that were there when we moved in which we made sure to note and no one ever came to fix. So I would say, save yourself the headache of living here. It’s not worth a dime of what you’ll be shelling out every month in rent."

"If you want to like where you live - don’t live here! Every problem you could think of and the ones you wouldn’t YOU WILL HAVE! Maintenance??? Never heard of them, never seen them. So even when your appliances are leaking and causing a flood in your apartment they will not come. So live here if you want to try being your own handyman. Don’t even get me started on the office staff - Patricia i’m talking TO YOU ESPECIALLY! She will be very friendly and welcoming until you sign your year away. Disrespectful property can’t wait for my year to be OVER!"

"Is a beautiful place but they don't take care of the property, pool is gross mildew everywhere , cloudy water and the pool gate falling apart. Main gate always open never works. People that don't live there go to the pool on a daily basis, car wash never works and I been living here for almost 8 month Here I am updating my review a week later They close the pool for cleaning on August 2nd and the water don't look cloudy no more but the mildew is still all over the because no body actually scrub it so for me all they did was put chemicals so the water was not cloudy anymore. And yes they fix the pool gate and the property gate is fix and close"
