"I went in today for a scheduled tour. I didn’t get to tour anything. tThe lady in the office, her name was Cole was very rude and cold to me and my children. She barely wanted to speak didn’t give me any information on the apartments or floor plans, Nothing! She didn’t even smile but when someone else walked in she greeted them very warm and friendly. I called on Thursday to confirm my appointment and the lady on the phone was very nice but going in today really rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t know what her problem was but how I was treated was unfair and super horrible and now I will be looking for somewhere else. Cole needs to go back through some customer service training. I was blown off and dismissed and that was not an experience that you want potential tenants to have."

"My wife and I went by to view an apartment and it is truly a wonderful place. The Pool Table is a very nice feature as well. What was more amazing was the level of service we recieved from Gabrielle Hays. She is Fantastic. We visted again on 12/26/23 and had the Pleasure of meeting Ms. Shomari Watford. What an amazing lady. She was so informative and a pleasure to be around. We are absolutely moving here once our lease is over."

"I have enjoyed living at The Brooks. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Gabi has addressed all of my concerns and work orders promptly. Cole has been very responsive to any questions that I have. The new manager Shomari is very friendly, and takes all concerns seriously and acts on them quickly. The maintenance staff worked hard to make sure my apartment was ready for move in, and my renovated apartment is absolutely gorgeous. I can not rave about this team enough. Please keep up the good work! If you have the chance to call The Brooks home, please consider it! From the pricing, location, and staff it is truly a great community."

"I have been living at Brooks on Eleven66 for almost 2 years now. I appreciate the new ownership by Hawthorn, they brought a new sense of pride to this community. Not particularly happy with the ever changing maintenance crew, but, that’s to be expected with new ownership. I appreciate their timely order in repairing things. I appreciate the upgrades that have been doing since they took over. I really appreciate them making our gated community a gated community again. I appreciate what they have done to the pool area( my daughter really loved it this summer). I also appreciate what they have done to the recreational room and family media area. Most of all, and I mean most of all, I really appreciate them retaining Gabby!!!!!! She has been and still is the heartbeat of that management team. She treat the residents and guess with absolute love, respect, and kindness!!!!!!! She has significantly been a factor in me staying here. Big shoutout to Gabby."

"The Brooks has been the best housing choice that my family and I have made. The staff members are warm and welcoming, and they were kind helpers throughout the application process. Finding a place that allows us to host our loved ones, including our pets, was very important to us. Additionally, the apartment has been completely renovated, so it looks incredibly nice. We truly enjoy living here and making use of the social areas, as well as the 'small forest' located next to the building. The Brooks is a peaceful place to live, conveniently located near stores and restaurants just a few minutes' drive away."
