"I love it! nice and quiet! A lot of dogs but it's good! I recommend it to different people! I love that you have 3rd floor!! The closest are big! Exspecially the kids room! The patio is big tu put chairs"

"The place is decent, the staff helps how they can, the maintenance is the best part of the whole place, the guys really care. With that being said this community would be great if it weren’t full of negligent tenants who throw their trash on the ground. Also would be great if said tenants picked up after their animals, and weren’t screaming at their significant others or flavor of the week in the streets. Oh and no one knows how to park. Photo was taken at 7:38 this evening. Disgusting."

"My husband and I have lived in these apartments for about a year before buying a home and it was a great experience. The Maintenance was always quick to respond and the complex is clean. The pool was super useful during the summer and the lake always has families of ducks which we loved to see. Misty made it super easy to move out and was kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend to live here!"

"Lived in the apartments for a year, wasn’t bad. Nice and quiet, convenient to pretty much everything but also pushed back to where it feels safe. Never had any problems with maintenance helping me when I had a problem. And if I had to talk with anyone in the office Leslie was the best to talk to! She explains whatever you need and she helps whenever she can. It was nice to have friendly management and even when she was done helping me with whatever I needed she wouldn’t just dismiss me, she’d treat me like a friend. Makes the experience living there more homie."

"Change in management & taking away military benefits are a big red flag considering so many of the tenants serve. The amenities (pool, water hose which is described as a "car wash", playground, & sidewalks/streets) are always dirty. The gym isn't & hasn’t been available for the last year. I’ve put in several work orders for electrical issues, washing machine not working & plumbing issues that keep being marked off as complete yet are not repaired. I’ve contacted the office regarding these concerns or at least allowing me to purchase my own working washer and dryer, and they don’t respond to emails at all.I'm trying to understand what the rent increase is for considering none of the amenities advertised are available. **Update** there are potholes everywhere & I’ve attached more helpful pictures **update** I see managements comment about contacting them, they never respond to emails & try to have verbal conversations covering up apartment issues."
