"I’ve been living at Heritage for 7 months now and am so happy to be here. The renovated units are stunning (also, really affordable for the area!) and the amenities are just what I need! The grounds are well kept with weekly visits from a landscaping crew, valet trash service is super convenient, and the pool is one of my favorite places to hang out this summer. I can’t say enough about the office staff and how helpful they were through the application and move in process for me. They will go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered, concerns addressed, and to make everyone feel at home! Maintenance crew is courteous & professional. I was hesitant about the idea of living in an apartment community but Heritage has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to many more months of calling this place home."

"Does not give tenants a warning or inform them when doing renovations. Office communication is terrible. When calling or visiting, they are barely open. Update: There were improvement over the past 6 months as a whole. The office has an increase of communication by email to tenets. Many have complained about trash, but that also improved. Trash does clog the shoot at times, but it can not be identified as the Trash Valet or tenets that do not throw their bags hard enough down the shoot. Also the amount of sirens and law enforcement has went down. Only a couple drivers that may enter complex with loud music is the only consistent noise issue. All prices are steady going up though."

"I would like to applaud the Management Team/Maintenance Staff. The Move in was uneventful. The Manager was very accommodating when my mom needed an apartment on the lower floor she was very understanding and our issue was given her immediate attention. I just wanted to thank her and her team. Her Maintenance staff Jeremy and Omar are always polite and quick to repair the few things that we found that needed repair. Thanks Again Team Heritage. I would recommend anyone to live in this great community"

"My husband and I have lived in Heritage for almost two years now, and we have had a great experience. The environment is quiet and friendly, and it is set in a great location. Anytime we have had an issue and/or needed something for the apartment, Lauren (office manager) has been quick and diligent to ensure that the issue is resolved and we have what we need. The office staff and maintenance has been easy to work with. We have enjoyed our time at Heritage!"
