"We have lived in this apartment for almost two years. And I am absolutely disgusted how they don’t upkeep the amenities that we “pay” for. You are forced to have community wifi and cable through your lease and it’s horrible and unusable and you have to pay it. The apt breeze ways are always nasty and not upkept. But the reason I am writing this review is the nature of the park and surrounding areas. There is broken plastic on the equipment and chains holding things together. Residents are clearly allowing their pets to use the bathroom in the park area so there is dog feces where are children are suppose to play. It’s absolutely disgusting. Terrible place to live if you want your children to go outside and enjoy the park."

"We moved here for a temporary place as our new house is being built! We love that they offer short term leases that we can pay a little bit extra and have the comfort and option to move out before our lease ends with 30 days notice early with no penalties. Our dog loves the dog park which is a great layout for him to run off leash with two gates in so there’s no chance of a dog escaping as one comes in to join us in the park. Kat has been amazing throughout this whole experience answering any questions we have in a quick, friendly and helpful manner. It’s been clean and very welcoming for our family. We would highly suggest it as your next home."
