"This complex has a major lack of communication and respect.. We found mold in our apartment windows that were apparently “replaced” before we moved in and had plastic bags shoved in them.. It took about 3 months of me and my significant other getting sick to finally have them replaced. It took a google review to be contacted ASAP next day about the issue. We were continuously reaching out just for them to push back the replacement date further. I didnt leave my apartment much because of the terrorizing children that weren't watched over. Twice they blocked me off so I wasn't able to move my car. They have shot my apartment windows with aerosoft gun pellets. They throw baseballs, footballs, even rocks at peoples cars. I was always extremely anxious that they would damage my car. It turned out other people at this complex felt my frustration with this issue as well, and have confronted some of the kid’s parents ending in no difference in their behavior. All in all, its 1,000% not worth the rent they are asking. Especially having to constantly step over discarded food and trash that are spilled in the stairs and in front of people’s doors. Also good luck getting any of your deposit back even if you left the apartment in a spotless condition."
