"The apartment I had always had problems. Black mold under sinks. Hole in the bathtub. Bugs everywhere. Then, I got promoted at work and did not qualify for the housing price range. So I told them I’d move out in June. My lease ended in April so they made me sign a contract stating I was staying there until June. Then after I moved I received a bill for $875 stating I “broke my lease”!? What? Then why did I still receive a utility check if I owed THEM money? Keep an eye on your paperwork when you sign here. The office people don’t know much."
