"The service here is phenomenal. I had scheduled a NYS inspection at another shop only to have it canceled by the shop twice so I turned to Jiffy Lube. I was given an appointment for the very next day (could’ve had day of my call but I wasn’t available at the time they had). As soon as I arrived I was met outside by my car and led into the building where I was able to make a coffee and finish checking in. The staff were friendly and attentive and got my car in and out in 20min for the inspection! Not only were they quick and efficient, but they also led me back to my car at the end. I have never had such a nice experience at a car shop before. I highly recommend going here."
