"Unfortunately, I had to change my 5 star review to 1. From the beginning the application process was easy and painless but I was not able to look at the apartment before moving in becuase of job travel. I rented the apartment that it was suppose to have 2 Bathroom and got a surprise that is only one bathroom. I went to the office to discuss that and all the time I went, they told me diffrent stories. The apartment have some issues because it was not well renovated. Im having a problem with water bills and again when I speak with someone at the office they come out with diffrent stories just to give an answer and get done with you. Completely a nightmare. Very disapointed from what I thought was going to be a good place to live. During the application process, Ms. Joyce was very professional. She kept me up to date with the application process step by step, thats the only good thing I can said about this place."

"If I could I'd give a 0 star rating. The maintenance is lazy and never complete jobs they will mark work orders as complete without even coming to your apartment. Management is rude and argue about everything. I told Management last year that my downstairs neighbor was blowing smoke on my premature babies and they told me that they can smoke wherever they want to smoke. They have recently started to come into my apartment has a leak when the leak had already been fixed and then the next day tell me I'm in violation for having trash bags in my home... so they obviously were just trying to give me violation. I have lived here for five years they want to get all the grandfathered people out so they can charge new people way too much for these apartments that are constantly having problems. All they do is paint the outside of the apartments another color each year when they could do better things like put stairs in the pool instead of keeping their broken ladders in there. They do not care about their tenants and have always been rude. They'll smile in your face while you're signing the lease agreement but after that they neglect what needs to be fixed and finished and will harras you about the smallest things. Please spare yourself and find a better place to live."

"I have been a resident here at Davidson for almost 13 years. I am happy to call Davidson my home. This is a great complex for you , your family and your furry friends as there’s plenty of walking and common areas and pet stations. The grounds are well kept and maintained by the awesome maintenance staff here. Kudos to the maintenance team , they are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and eager to help. Bo and Nelson go above and beyond to make sure everything in your apartment is in great working condition . The Manager Krysta is amazing. I can personally attest to Krysta going above and beyond to make sure that Davidson is a place you want to call home. She will do all she can to help with and rectify any type of situation. Krysta is great at communicating and quick to respond. If your looking for a great community and property in Concord come and see Peak Livings Davidson Apartments for yourself.
