"Heads up on the office Mgr. Amanda If you pop in for questions instead of a "Can I help you?".. you get " There's at least a one year waiting list", without any expression. "Take an ap if you want". She will do everything to get you to leave as she is totally lacking any customer service skills. I wouldn't let any positive reviews of the office mgr. convince me otherwise as she seems to be one of those employees you really don't want to encounter. Again you've been alerted, and try not to take it personal, if you are treated the way I have."

"Amanda, the manager she makes sure the complex ground is picked up. She responds to emails quickly and timely. When there is a maintenance request that it’s done ASAP. She cares about her tenants and the property. I hope they give her a raise and keep her here."

"Intermark management you have the best manager ever Amanda Barrett is so professional, she’s very nice and she shows that she cares about the property and the resident. I see her all the time cleaning up the trash picking up trash in the parking lot and staying late at the office, I just wanted to say if no one appreciates you Miss Bennett you have a resident that do thank you so much for everything you do. Also I just want it too Thank Intermark management for giving me the opportunity to live in one of your Apartment homes, y’all have the best management team and maintenance team, they stand by the rules and keep the apartments breezeway, landscaping, trash and The parking lot clean as possible. "I have lived here for over a year and a half now. It can feel like a lot of paperwork but it is required by the Government since this is affordable housing. Management is very timely & responsive and helpful .. when they know .. we have any issues. They are very professional and helpful every time I have ever needed their help. "I was overcharged in application fees. I was approved and assigned a specific apartment. (Unit 880 apt 34), and paid the $50.00 hold fee. I was allowed to view and fumigate the unit, spending over $20.00 of my own money. I purchased a new living room set based on being assigned to the apartment unit. Only to have the unit snatched from me unjustly. Intermark management doesn't care about tenants. They're about penny pinching and cutting corners."
