Only thing I don't like is the Original maintenance man Rob is no longer here and I've had a few conversations with the new guy and I don't like his attitude I Will be calling the Original maintenance man Rob when I need my repairs even if I have to pay him out of pocket."

"I’ve lived here for 5 years and I have never seen anything so bad in my entire lifetime and I’m so happy to be able to move soon. I’ve been trying to have my sink replaced for over a two weeks and it’s not fixed yet. My smoke detector has been needing replaced battery for about two years and it Surfing constantly throughout the day and night it is very annoying. I’ve mentioned it several times. We also have advertised with the apartment online and the pamphlet and the kids hadn’t been able to swim in the pool for over two years. The The toilet needs to be replaced. At least it’s not stable. If you put a ball on the top of the toilet bowl it will roll off it’s not level. I’ve reported this and I was told when I moved out all the repairs will be fixed. I asked if someone could clean the nasty carpet and I was told that I would have to pay for the carpet to be cleaned. My son works and pays for rent and he’s not able to use the kitchen area the dishwasher is backed up and the sink is full of stuff that needs replacing and I don’t know what else to do. Our needs are really getting worse because of this situation and I’m trying to figure it all through. I’m just not able to find a place to live yet but I’m going to try to find a house to live in soon"

"I have lived here for 2 years and can’t wait to move. I’ve had the most problems here, and now that Leticia is gone I’m REALLY ready to move. I’ve dealt with my unit catching fire last year in the floor in the early morning hours, everyone was ok, but it wasn’t our fault and dealing with the complex was upsetting. I was moved into another unit and my ceiling has water damage from all the water that flows from my bathroom to my kitchen light fixture very few months. That’s not just my unit, it’s my neighbors unit as well. The ceiling in my bathroom above my shower is peeling. The plumbing is terrible. We can’t have our own grills on the property. The basketball court gets unlocked whenever they decide to unlock it. The pool closes at 5pm when it is open. We finally got someone to cut the grass, but apparently they ONLY cut the grass leaving the rest of the landscaping undone ie. bushes, and edges. The last owners at least had the landscaping cleaned up after cutting the grass. Just tacky work for the amount of money spent here. Yet they are focused on what cars are parked here. Focus on improving the actual property first NOT cosmetics. I don’t usually leave reviews, but at this point I am over this place!! This is one of those places you move to cause you have no other options."
